I had a really great apartment in Calgary. It was on the 12th floor - and the balcony overlooked the majestic Rocky Mountains.

Not having a television, I resorted to collecting plants. By the end I must have had almost 100 plants in the living room, plus a fountain with koi, and a 46 gallon aquarium with about 100 fish.

The place had tremendous green energy. Regretably, in the move to Niagara all (ALL) 80 plants died due to the extreme cold we drove through in Manitoba and Northern Ontario. Some of those plants I'd had for over 10 years. Quite sad.
